Spent the week end in this lovely 1600 century castle about 1, 5 hours outside Paris.
It belongs to Count de Maillebois (a.k.a my friend Paul.)
I went there with him, and my two sweet Swedish girlies Karin and Susanna.
The castle had so many rooms I couldn't even count them. Paintings of deceased relatives were hanging on the walls alongside hunting trophies and stuffed animals such as deers and falcons.
Must have been amazing to grow up in such a place.
