MY LITTLE B-DAY!

So, I have survived another decade and today it's my 33'rd B-Day! Thank you all lovely friends that remembered me!
I'm thinking back on the last 10 years and can state that I have almost exactly the same life as when I was 23. Isn't it fantastic!
I'm not married, have no children, I live in Paris, working and doing business and I'm still dj'ing a lot. Exactly what I like with other words. :)
Some people might envy me and some other thinking that I'm nuts and still some other thinking that it's just great.
What have I been doing during those 10 years?
Well, I actually celebrated my 25th B-Day  here in Paris with my ex Swedish BF, we went on a lovely Paris-shopping vacation I remember and then a year later , when I was 26 I moved to Paris.
The Paris life have been like a rollercoster ride with lots of ups and downs and lots of new people and lovely friends in my life. Some for life. Last year I spent my B-Day in a spa, had lunch with a London friend and then a lovely dinner at Hotel du Nord with about 15 supernice Paris and Swedish friends. It was great. This year I'm having a dinner at Le Derrière tomorrow night with a bunch of fantastic people I like to have around me.
Today I've been thinking a lot of people that really matters in my life, you know who you are and I'm very happy to have you guys in my life...
What I'm having in mind for the following 10 years? -The same as the last! No, I'm just kidding, I would actually like to get married someday, and have a nice apartment again, well, life will tell!
Happy Birthday to me!
Ps) Pics coming soon....

THE POWER OF BEING A YOUNG WOMAN

Jaded, indifferent ,hard and cold, she didn't give a shit, everything was about appearance, the baiting that used to torment and follow ... like a vacuum. pursuit of beauty, happiness and success, it was easy- as a game, she didn't even have to make an effort. It was just thereas a delicious cake ready to be eaten before her eyes. She never had to make the slightest effort. Naturally thin, naturally attractive, men were like flies, rich men, powerful men, she didn't want them, at all, -not interested. Didn't give a shit of whether they were rich or powerful. Not interested at all. She ruled the world. Just wanted to party. Wanted to be a floating beautiful butterfly, careless, she never had to make an effort, always looked beautiful anyway.Innnocent.No doubt about it. laughed at all the losers who tried to come up and hit on her. She was too good for them. Could conquer the world around and back. Her power lay in her charisma and beauty. She was free. Played with everybody. Sad old ugly men, pathetic and not in the same league as her. She captured the night. She owned the night, she owned everything, her beauty owned everything. She was whole, she knew... She knew she could get exactly what she wanted ...

AMAZING WEEKEND IN MANOIR DE BAS PLESSIS-BAZOUGE DE DESERT-BRETAGNE

Spent the most lovely weekend with my friends Jean, Jonna and David, in Jean's wonderful manoir in Bretagne. The huge Manoir is from the 1400, completely renovated so it looks more like a top modern loft in New York  specially designed by skilled architects.  An enormous garden with trees cut like champagne corks and amazing flowers everywhere. It was beautiful. We drove there in the newest Renault car David had borrowed from his work for the weekend. After a couple of hours in the car driving north, we drove right into the woods. It was very quiet and very dark and desolate, as it tends to be in the middle of the countryside. I must admit I was a bit afraid of ghosts...When we were almost there we drove on a small road where beautiful rhododendron and rose trees of different kinds lined the cosy alley that led up to the house and the garden that had trees trimmed as champagne corks. It smelled lovely and me Jonna and David checked in to three of the nine bedrooms of the manoir and unpacked our bags. My ghostfear dissapeared immediately when we entered though-what an amazing place... Artwork by Nan Goldin and Richard Prince were hanging on the walls in the spacy white painted huge room we entered in with the biggest fireplace I've seen in my life in the middle. You instantly felt secure in this place.
The next morning after a lovely breakfast on the terasse, we took off to Mont St Michel, one of the most famous places in France. It is often calld one of France's most captivating sights. This monastery is situated high on a mountain on the island Mont Tombe in the middle of the Atlantic water.  After lunch (oysters and champagne) and a complete tour of the monastery we took off to St Malo. And god what a beautiful place. We had a champagne apéro on the beach followed by a very nice dinner at the Chateaubriand where I had a chance to eat even more Breton oysters(crazy about that shit.) We drove home to the manoir late in the dark starry night and I was very happy to be breathing fresh air....
To be continued....
